What are digital stickers?
My doodles are original PNG illustrations that you can use as "stickers" in digital planners and notebook apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Artful Agenda, OneNote, Penly, and many others. Unlike physical stickers, they can be resized, rotated, rearranged, and reused as many times as you'd like – you'll never run out!
Where can I buy your doodles?
You can shop at Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT).
What will I receive?
Each doodle set contains:
- a pre-cropped sticker file for GoodNotes
- a ZIP file of individual transparent PNG images for other digital apps
- a ZIP file of ready-to-print pages with all images together, including a file for cutting systems like Cricut
When will I get my doodles?
Doodles are available for you to download as soon as your payment has cleared. No shipping costs, no waiting for the mail, no packaging to discard... instant gratification! The download link will become available when your checkout process is complete. You should also receive an email confirmation with a link to your files. Nothing will be shipped to your home.
How do I download my doodles?
Your specific device and operating system will determine where your files get saved when you download them. Typically, they can be found in the "Downloads" folder on your device, but this will vary depending on your system settings.
Note that if you purchase using the Etsy App, you can't download from the Etsy App! Instead, you will need to log in to the Etsy website from a browser to download your files. Be amazed that Etsy has allowed this problem to exist for so long :)
PNG images and printable files are packaged into ZIP files that you will need to "unzip" after downloading. Many systems will do this automatically, or when you double-click the .zip file, but some may require additional steps.
How do I open my doodles?
First, you need to download them.
Doodles are provided in a few different formats to support a variety of apps and uses:
for GoodNotes users >
Look for the file ending in ".goodnotes". This file can be imported directly into a new or existing digital notebook, and all the images will be ready for you as handy "pre-cropped stickers".

For other digital apps >
Look for the file ending in "-png.zip". Download and unzip it, and then add the individual PNG images to your app or program.
Be aware that the process for importing images will vary from app to app. Many provide a way do it "all at once", but some will require you to add them one at a time.

For printing and cutting >
Look for the file ending in "-print.zip". Download and unzip it to find the printable PDF, PNG, and JPG pages inside.

Help! I can't find/didn't receive my download link
Etsy order confirmation emails often get caught up as spam; or sometimes, they never get sent at all – which is very frustrating! The good news is, there's no need to wait for an email. You can go straight to your order download page on both Etsy and TpT.
Do your doodles work in GoodNotes?
Yes! Each listing includes a pre-cropped sticker file for the GoodNotes iPad app, version 5 or above. In your order downloads, look for the file ending in ".goodnotes". You can import this file into GoodNotes as a new notebook, or as a new page within an existing notebook. Then use the lasso or image tool to select images and copy / paste them to other notebooks – fun!
If you have trouble selecting just one image with the lasso tool, it can be helpful to know that you don't have to draw a circle around the whole image to select it. Just a small circle in the center will do the trick! Alternatively, you can use the image tool to select an image with a single tap.
Can I use your doodles in my paper planner, journal, or scrapbook?
Yes! Each set of doodles includes PNG, PDF, and JPG documents with all of the images arranged on one or two ready-to-print pages. You can find the printable versions in the file ending in "-print.zip" in your order downloads.
In addition, the PNG images included in each listing are high-resolution, 300-DPI files suitable for printing. If you have a basic image editing program and a little bit of technical know-how, you can use the the PNG images as clipart to make your own custom-sized stickers, printable pages, scrapbook embellishments, and other fun personal crafts.
What can I do with PNG images?
PNG stands for Portable Network Graphic, a versatile file format that can be used for all kinds of creative projects, both digital and physical. PNG images support transparency, which makes them perfect for layering into digital pages with text and other images with no background to get in your way. The PNG images can be found inside one or two files ending in "-png.zip" in your order downloads.
PNGs are compatible with most programs, apps, and software that handle images, including:
- note-taking and PDF annotation apps like GoodNotes, Notability, OneNote, Penly, and Noteshelf
- online calendars like Artful Agenda
- virtual environment platforms like Google Classroom, SeeSaw™, and Zoom
- image editors like Adobe PhotoShop and GIMP
- document editors like Microsoft Word and Pages for Mac
- cutting systems like Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio
- and many others!
Can I use your doodles to make products for sale?
No. My doodles are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. See my Terms of Use for more information.
Do you take custom requests?
Doodling is not my "real job", so I never know how much time I'll have available. In general, I do not accept custom requests – just so I don't accidentally keep someone waiting. But I do have a big "to-doodle" list of suggestions and ideas. So if there's something you'd like to have that isn't in my shop, I'd love to hear what you're thinking!
Do you have any discounts or coupon codes?
Yes - I have some Etsy coupons that are always active. You can find them here. They are also listed in the Announcement section on my main Etsy shop page.
Updates
In 2023, I added new doodles to many existing sets to celebrate my shop's 5-year anniversary - yay! I also added printable files to every set. And I still occasionally add a new doodle to a set here and there, especially when I get a great suggestion from one of my lovely customers!
If a set you purchased from TpT has updates, you can simply re-download the set to get the most current version. If you purchased from Etsy, message me from your Etsy account so I can look up your order.
I'll post a link here on my website for you to download the current version. Please don't feel you need to repurchase – I am always more than happy to send out updates!
(hint to Etsy... automatic updates would be a great feature for digital shops)
Other questions
I can usually help sort out problems with downloading your files and/or getting them into GoodNotes. However, because my doodles are compatible with such a wide variety of apps and projects, I can't always provide specific instructions or technical assistance.
To be safe, make sure you own and are familiar with the appropriate software before you make a purchase. Once you have downloaded files from an order, refunds are no longer possible, and I may not be able to help with what you have in mind. If you get stuck, there are many wonderful tutorials on the internet made by generous and creative people. You're sure to find some help and inspiration out there!
